Director Business and Corporate Development - San Mateo, California

    4INFO is currently looking for an experienced leader who brings an in-depth knowledge of leading large-scale partnerships and initiatives, as well as a strategic business focus and understanding of how various initiatives are tied to business goals and objectives. The Director of Business and Corporate Development will report to the SVP of Strategic Alliances and Corporate Development. 

    Responsibilities

    • Onboard, manage and grow some of our largest and most strategic partnerships
    • Work closely with all internal organizations: Finance, Product, Sales, Client Services and Marketing to develop program solutions that expand, deepen and fully monetize relationships
    • Channel & Data Partners – existing (Catalina Marketing) and new (addressable TV partners) – Assist in planning/organizing QBRs (Acxiom, Experian, Kantar, Crossix); ensure deadlines being met for all key business contract terms
    • Exchanges/Publishers: maintain and grow the relationships
    • Host QBRs with top exchanges
    • Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with mobile exchange partners
    • Provide inventory reports and lists, avails estimation, weekly campaign reports and ad hoc reports as requested by the BD/Ad Ops team
    • Product and Platform Opportunities Support: handle NDAs and assist in business terms, proposal generation; work with Product to evaluate new relationships required for Product roadmap execution
    • M&A support: ability to coordinate and conduct due diligence on potential targets
    • Work on special projects as they come up

    Requirements

    • BA/BS required, MBA and/or Legal background a plus
    • 5-7 years of experience working in Digital Advertising with a strong track record of establishing and growing partnerships 
    • Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and/or Salesforce.com
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
